Since your store is operating in Pakistan, do not write “no refund under any circumstances” or similar absolute wording. The Sindh Consumer Protection Act requires the seller’s return/refund policy to be clearly disclosed before the transaction, and the law also addresses defective products and misleading representations.

Also, because you are selling Original Branded Watches, only describe a watch as original/authentic when you can substantiate that claim. Pakistan’s e-commerce policy also addresses genuineness of goods and counterfeit products.

For the actual live website, I would put an “Effective Date: 10 October 2026” at the top of both pages, matching your launch date.
